Much of Blunt Talk’s charm of course comes from Patrick Stewart, who is incredibly good as Walter Blunt. Only Patrick Stewart could make us love a guy like Walter Blunt. It’s so much fun seeing Patrick Stewart getting to be the center of a comedy. If you follow Stewart on Twitter you know how funny and charming he can be, and that’s what makes Blunt Talk work.

Great shows make you look at things from different angles, and that’s exactly what this show does. One minute you love Walter Blunt and are rooting for him, and the next minute you can’t stand him and are happy to see him get what’s coming to him.
