Josh Holloway ticks all the boxes when it comes to choosing a new Star Trek captain and I think he could possibly do an awesome job in the role. He is a good looking chap with chiseled features, a great actor with a list of impressive credits and he can be an imposing figure.

A captain needs to be strong and capable of making decisions quickly and effectively. On first impression, Josh Holloway looks like somebody who could tick those boxes. He was deviously good as Sawyer in the award winning series Lost, despite the fact that we didn’t really understand what was going on half of the time.

When it comes to how we imagine his captaining style, we think he would be cool, calm and collective, keeping his head whilst round him are losing theirs. Josh Holloway would be a fine captain if he was given the opportunity.
