Know When To Ask For Help

Sometimes we get in over our head, it happens to all of us, the key is knowing when to ask for help. If you’re in a situation that you can’t handle it’s ok to ask others to help you out. A real leader knows that they are only human.

When Q introduces the Enterprise to the Borg Picard exhausts all his options, and then finally calls on Q to help him. Even though Picard hates Q he knows he needs help and must ask for it.

Asking for help isn’t always something we want to do, but putting pride aside and getting the help you need is the mark of a good leader.

Q really is an ass though isn’t he?
