The Sector 001 Podcast is back and we’re not just coming to you live from the planet earth, but live from earth and the Treklanta Star Trek convention.
The biggest news from the convention is of course the surprise visit of Ambassador Soval himself Gary Graham. If you see Captain Archer please warn him that Soval is making a spot inspection at the con. Other big guests include David Gerrold, who wrote “The Trouble with Tribbles,” J.G. Hertzler who played General Martok on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and James Horan who appeared in four different Star Trek series. So there’s something for Trekkies who love Star Trek: The Original Series, something for Trekkies who love Star Trek: Enterprise, and everything in between.
There’s also plenty coming on Saturday at Treklanta, including a Star Trek themed wedding and a Klingon beauty pageant. If you haven’t gotten a ticket to the con they are available on site. Treklanta is being held at the DoubleTree by Hilton at 4256 LaVista Road in Atlanta Georgia.
