TrekCulture ranked every 100th episode of Star Trek.

Star Trek is a long-running series, with lots of episodes per series. This has allowed Star Trek to eclipse the one hundred mark three times. Technically four, if you count The Original Series and The Animated Series as one continuous story-arc, which the gang at Trek Culture does.

Obviously, not every show has hit the 100 episode mark, with Enterprise falling just two episodes short of the mark. The injustice. That said, if they did have two more episodes squeezed in at some point, that would mean their final episode, “These Are the Voyages” would be its 100th episode, and that is one of the most panned episodes of Star Trek in the history of the franchise, let alone in the history of Enterprise.

That said, counting the first series and the animated series as one, that gives us four different 100 episodes. So which one is the top dog?

Enterprise probably would’ve been at number three.

Now usually we make comments about the placement of something on these lists but leave enough untouched to get you to still watch the video. With there being only four on the list, we’re not going to do that this time around. We want you to watch, but we’ll say this; number two is the real number one.

As for the placement of where Enterprise would be had it gotten a 100th episode, assuming that episode was in fact the series finale, personally, it’d probably go at number three. The picks at four and three were not better than Enterprise’s swan song and it could have easily gotten a place in the top three considering the other options.

There is a quality shift for sure between number’s three and two.

Sadly, it seems like these will be the last shows that get 100 episodes. Discovery would have to get a fifth, sixth and seventh season just to crack 100, which doesn’t seem likely at this point with all the upheaval that’s been going on at ViacomCBS.

So, like the 300 win pitchers of yesteryear, enjoy the series that have 100 episodes while you can, because it doesn’t seem likely that they’ll ever have anyone else join that hallowed hall.
