It’s time for more #startrek tweets

With filming and recording underway for all of the Star Trek series, including new releases Star Trek: Prodigy and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, the Twitterverse has been hopping. Whether it’s a fan or a member of the production team, everyone has been sharing their thoughts, their finds, and their hopes for what’s coming up in the #startrek universe. Here are my picks for top five!

Amanda Michael Row (@amandamrow), who is the co-executive producing director of Nancy Drew as well as a prolific director, shouted out that she was directing Star Trek. She also happily shared a picture to show that she’s directing episode 8 of the first season of Strange New Worlds. Congratulations, Amanda! This is definitely something to shout about!

Chris (@shelfnerds) shared the beautiful reminder with screen grabs of one of Deep Space Nine’s most powerful episodes, “The Visitor.”  This is one of those episodes that stays with you long after you watch it. Then you want to watch it again.

Acting Captain Stark (@_startrek_) found the Veridian III  bridge from Star Trek: Generations. Now, it’s a trail bridge in Valley of Fire State Park. That’s a pretty cool discovery.

Jay Stobie (@stobiesgalaxy) is a freelance writer who has written for Startrek.com. On Throwback Thursday, he shared a wonderful behind-the-scenes photo of DeForest Kelley and Leonard Nimoy taken during the filming of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.

Terry Matalas (@terrymatalas) who is the showrunner for Star Trek Picard, shared a picture of John de Lancie, (Q) sitting where he isn’t supposed to be sitting. According to the details, de Lancie kept sneaking into Matalas’ office.  Now that’s something Q would do!

And that’s a wrap for another round-up of Star Trek (#startrek) tweets. I left out more gems than I could possibly include in one post so there’s plenty more where these came from over on Twitter!
