The Warp Zone sings Star Trek Acapella Medley

The Warp Zone is a pop-culture music video channel that includes sketch comedy and gaming. Describing themselves as full grown man-children, the group consists of Davis, Schroeder, Ryan, Brian, and Odom. And this team admittedly is passionate about all things geeky and nerdy, which includes Star Trek as well as other movies, videos, and television. They’ve channeled their passion into a fanbase of 2.7 million fans who show up every Friday to see the latest parody or acapella videos they’ve created.

Back in 2017, they tackled the themes for Star Trek: The Original Series, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: Enterprise, creating an amazing video that ties all of them together beautifully. Yes, even the theme for Enterprise.

The video starts with the opening monologue that was originally performed by William Shatner on The Original Series with the four other men, who are all dressed in uniform shirts, chiming in the tune. At the end of each theme, they effortlessly segue to the next before finally ending on Faith of the Heart. The top middle collage view offers scenes from the respective series, and even if you really despised Enterprise’s opening song, you still might enjoy this acapella version as these guys are really creative.

The Warp Zone isn’t solely dedicated to all things Star Trek (unfortunately, this appears to be their only video related to the franchise), but if you happen to like Marvel and DC Comics Superheroes, Disney, Mario, Pokemon, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Batman, Superman, the Avengers, Legend of Zelda, Captain America, the Flash, Halo, and Overwatch, they’ve got you covered. And with over 946 million views on all of their combined videos, you could spend a lot of time on their channel and never get bored. Who knows? With encouragement, they might consider returning to our favorite shows.
