Tom Costantino is sharing The Orville

We’re all in a holding pattern, waiting for the premiere date for Season 3 of The Orville. Season 2 ended ended over two years ago, on April 25, 2019, and it was such a great season that it makes waiting that much harder. All we can do now search the internet for glimmers of news and stalk the stars, producers, and directors on social media, hoping they’ll give us something to tide us over. And that’s exactly what Tom Costantino, who is the co-producer of The Orville, does.

Costantino shares behind-the-scenes images from the set of The Orville and from production as well. You don’t just see the actors on his Instagram page. You’ll see shots of filming places, digital imagery, blue screens, and even slightly disturbing imagery from his garage that links back to his love of Star Trek.

It’s a good way to catch a glimpse of The Orville

While Costantino doesn’t share much information along with the images he shares, it’s enough for his followers that he posts regularly, more even in this month as production continues chugging along. He also reposts images and videos from others associated with the series so fans are kept in the loop, so to speak and are, at least, given something to look forward to on a semi-regular basis.

Catching a peek behind the scenes of the set or what goes on in wardrobe is pretty cool, and the images Constantino shares are vivid, colorful, and attention-grabbing.  It’s difficult not to be fascinated by the entire production when you see a picture like this one below.

No, this isn’t the same as seeing the actual series, but these are also things Costantino doesn’t have to do. He’s sharing these images with the fans because he knows we’re waiting, and seeing what is being done keeps us interested in the series. Head on over to Tom Costantino’s Instagram page for more images, and you can also follow him on Twitter as he shares them there as well.
