Twenty-three-year-old Dylan Sprayberry started acting when he was only nine years old. He portrayed 13-year-old Clark Kent in the movie Man of Steel for which he earned his first Saturn Award nomination. Then spent three years playing a high-school lacrosse player with a deadly secret—he was a werewolf. As Liam Dunbar, he filled the void on Teen Wolf when stars Tyler Hoechlin and Colton Haynes chose to leave the series. And Sprayberry brought the anger, the angst, and the bravado to the role which earned him yet another Saturn Award nomination.

Liam Dunbar was a character no one really liked at first, but over the course of three seasons, Sprayberry shaped him into a hero with his mannerisms and actions. Yes, he played the words the writers gave him, but not every actor can turn the dialogue into an opportunity to become a lead character. And by the time Teen Wolf ended, Sprayberry had moved into a stronger leading role.

Sprayberry has the looks that suit him to Kirk as well as the physicality as his part in Teen Wolf required many action scenes. And, given the chance, I think Sprayberry would knock the role out of the park.
