Star Trek fans should be excited for these new pieces of memorabilia.

One of the best parts about being a fan of Star Trek is all the cool memorabilia that is created for fans to purchase and enjoy. Sometimes it’s authentic, straight-from-the-set type of gear, and other times it’s fan-made for other fans. Of course, there is licensed memorabilia for fans as well and we’ve got a little bit of all that today.

From DVD’s to recreations, fans of Star Trek will want to take a look at these interesting items from around the net. They’ll of course cost you (possibly a pretty penny or two) but any diehard fan will want to consider getting their hands on this stuff.

First up, god old DVDs.

Star Trek: The Original Series Blu-ray Steelbooks

Despite some production delays, the Star Trek BluRay Steelbook set is in fact about to drop on Oct. 26, 2021. This is a repackaging of sorts, from the 2009 high-definition remastering. Those were released alongside Star Trek (2009).

As TrekCore.com describes it, all  79 original series episodes are here, plus the standard and extended version of the original pilot; The Cage. Each case contains six or seven discs, and the exterior features photos from the show, alongside the standard Starfleet color schemes of gold, red and blue.

The Standard edition will cost you $79.99, while the Blu-Ray steelbook edition will cost $89.99, while The Limited Edition will cost you $139.99.
