There’s much more to Star Trek than the series

Though we now have a brand new series to watch every Thursday, Star Trek: Prodigy, and Star Trek: Picard will return in 2022, there is so much more going on with the universe than eyeballing your favorite episodes. DailyStarTreknews just broke down the list of goings-on around the internet, including watch parties, virtual cons, and the Twitter hashtags to use in case you do want to watch along. So even if you’re sitting at home bingeing the series you love the most, you can connect with Trekkies around the world who are watching the same thing.

"The Regular StuffThese are the Twitter watchalongs:#allstartrek runs Sunday through Friday at 8/7C and follows the Heroes and Icons Channel’s All Star Trek programme.#TOSSatNight starts at 9pm PT on Saturday night and follows a different episode of The Original Series every week, and#StarTrekHour is a Q&A-format event, every Tuesday at 1pm PT.Virtual Trek Con’s “Sunday Mini Cons” run every Sunday morning from 9am PT. Every evening, they use the Teleparty browser extension to watch Star Trek together. Alexander Siddig makes Star Trek even more special
