Star Trek: The Next Generation fans are in for a puzzling mystery

From the creative minds of Glenn Dakin and Hero Collector Publishing who brought you the popular Star Trek Nerd Search: The Quibbles with Tribbles, comes an even more challenging puzzle book just in time for the holidays.  Once again, it’s all about Star Trek: The Next Generation, but this search will have you hunting for Bloopers of the Borg. With art by John Ross and Alan Craddock, the 44-page book challenges the most dedicated fan to find the mistakes in the time-traveling Chaos Cubes that break down our reality as we know it.

What will you be looking for? Continuity errors created by the Chaos Cubes. The Next Generation characters will be out of place or in the wrong uniforms or maybe in the wrong series altogether. It’s up to the fans die-hard fans to put things back to right, but it won’t be easy as Dakin has provided an extra challenge by throwing in ten random items for every season of TNG in each and every scene in the book.

Those ten random items Dakin has hidden won’t be so easy to discover. You’ll have to find them and name the episode, too. And if you want to take this to the next level, you’ll have to be on the lookout for five Super Quibbles, behind-the-scenes information that only the most hardcore fans will know.

So you’re invited to try your hand at dealing with cranky Klingons, Q in all his madness, and, of course, the greediest of the greedy—the Ferengi. Nerd Search will take you back to “Encounter at Farpoint,” “The Best of Both Worlds,” and “The Big Goodbye,” just to name a few episodes. And if you want to keep score, you can assimilate points for every right answer until you get to the ultimate number which is, 11001001, of course.
