Star Trek: Picard original audio drama coming to Audible
Because we can never get enough Star Trek: Picard…
Save the date! On February 22, an original audio drama, entitled No Man’s Land, written by Kirsten Beyer, a co-creator, writer, and producer on Star Trek: Picard, and Mike Johnson, a contributor to the Star Trek comic books publishing program makes its debut. And two characters from the series are repising their roles to bring this story to life—Jeri Ryan as Seven of Nine and Michelle Hurd as Raffi.
According to StarTrek.com, No Man’s Land is a fully-dramatasized Star Trek adventure. Actual sound effects from the series will be heard, including transporters, other ship technologies, and weapons, explosions, and more, ensuring that you will be fully immersed in this world.
Star Trek: Picard No Man’s Land sends Seven of Nine and Raffi on an adventure of their own
The drama picks up immediately after the end of season one with Seven and Raffi enjoying some downtime and getting to know one another in Raffi’s remote hideaway. Before they can get too comfortable, they receive a cry for help from a distant planet that has called the Fenris Rangers for assistance with an evacuation effort. Danger comes in when Seven and Raffi “team up to rescue a mysteriously ageless professor, whose infinity-shaped talisman has placed him in the deadly sights of a vicious Romulan warlord, they take tentative steps to explore the attraction depicted in the final moments of Picard season one.”
New characters in this drama include a Romulan Warlord, a Fenris Ranger, and different alien species. Joining Ryan and Hurd are Fred Tatasciore (who voices Lt. Shaxs on Star Trek: Lower Decks), John Kassir (who was the Cryptkeepr on HBO’s Tales from the Crypt), and John Cutmore-Scott (who was a featured character on the ABC series Deception).
No Man’s Land is set for release on February 22nd, but you can pre-order your copy from Audible today.
