If you want a figurine of yourself and William Shatner, read on!

William Shatner is ahead of the times when it comes to technology. Over a year ago, he partnered with Storyfile, an interactive storytelling app, to create an AI-powered interactive conversational video for his family and friends to interact with for decades to come. That gives everyone the opportunity to have a conversation with Shatner long after he’s gone, especially if a 3D talking hologram of himself ends up getting projected onto his gravestone like he wants. Those are future projects, but there is one coming to Star Trek: Mission Chicago con that offers fans a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity now.

According to Syfy Wire, Shatner has joined forces with Minikin which is a consumer product of MassPersona that can 3D print an image of your face on any avatar you’d like. This partnership will give fans the chance to buy a 9-inch 3D-printed figurine of themselves with William Shatner.  So, essentially, you’ll be standing alongside the captain of the Enterprise for all eternity.

But you need to act now for your chance to be immortalized with William Shatner.

As one would suspect, this opportunity isn’t cheap. Each ticket costs $2,250 per person. You’ll be able to stand next to Shatner where both of your bodies will be scanned from every angle and then brought to life in a 3D-printed figurine. There isn’t a sample image with Shatner, but you can get an idea what the figure will look like by checking out this image of MassPersona’s founder, Kent Mages, with his girlfriend and a couple of tribbles.

The time to purchase the tickets is now through March 30, and the scanning process will take place on April 9th and 10th at McCormick Place in Chicago during the convention. Only fifty tickets per day are available for a total of100 tickets for the entire project.

Along with your purchase, you’ll get a short video of the experience, a 3D gif of the scan, and each figurine will have Shatner’s digital signature. You can view a video of Shatner discussing the opportunity at Minikin’s website which is https://www.minikin.us/shatner.
