The music of Star Trek is quite honestly as important as anything else

Fans of Star Trek will tell you that the music of the series is as iconic as it comes, but it may not be as popular as the brilliant works of John Willaims with Star Wars. That’s because most of the truly iconic music for Trek exists as the opening theme to the series and movies.

The more subtle music that accents the rest of the series may not be as well known or memorable as other pieces of music in Star Trek or in the greater science fiction sphere, but it always did its job to help highlight and fortify the events of the scene.

The music of Trek has done just as much to inspire fans as any brilliantly acted scene in franchise history. It’s truly remarkable and it can now be yours.
