Star Trek: Voyager’s Tuvok is finally getting some much-deserved love.

Star Trek: Voyager is a show I believe is unfairly maligned. It’s one of the tentpole series, being the first to ever broadcast on a singular network, and it brought the series back to its roots by exploring new worlds, meeting new aliens, and watching the crew serve their posts as intended.

The original show was built around a five-year mission, Voyager technically had a seven-year mission. The same concept, get out and explore. Yet, fans were never as keen on Voyager, and that saddens me. One character that doesn’t get enough love is Tuvok, the ship’s security and tactical officer, and resident Vulcan main character.

Tuvok was Captain Janeway‘s most trusted member of the crew and someone she leaned on heavily. He was part of some of the best episodes the show had to offer and had some of the most interesting storylines.

Tuvok and the actor who played him, Tim Russ, deserve a bit more love and thanks to EXO-6, that’s now happening.

Tuvok is getting the EXO-6 treatment

The EX0-6 brand of collectibles are among some of the most impressive on the market and so far, only the most popular characters from Star Trek have gotten their own collectible made. So far only Jean-Luc Picard, Data, Q, Mirror Spock, Kathryn Janeway, and The Doctor have gotten their own scaled action figure.

Tuvok isn’t the only new addition to the line, either, as Mirror Sulu will also be getting his own action figure. Admittedly, I think the Sulu EX0-6 collectible is a bit more polished than the Tuvok one but both are phenomenal.

Just keep this in mind when thinking about ordering them, they are pricey. They’ll run you about $200 USD per figure, with some potentially being more.
