New Star Trek merch includes a Khan pop figure, a digital library and more

Nov. 2, 2015 – CBS Television Studios announced today it will launch a totally new “Star Trek” television series in January 2017. The brand-new “Star Trek” will introduce new characters seeking imaginative new worlds and new civilizations, while exploring the dramatic contemporary themes that have been a signature of the franchise since its inception in 1966. The new series will blast off with a special preview broadcast on the CBS Television Network. Star Trek fans have a chance to buy Khan, a digital library, and more!

Star Trek is always rolling out new merchandise for fans to sink their teeth into. From video games to action figures and so much more, Star Trek is a brand known for its unique array of items and such for fans to purchase.

The last item isn’t for sale, yet, but it is something you can help raise. TOMY Internation is launching a crowdfunding campaign to bring the USS Enterprise from the original series to fans. They’re waiting until 5,000 orders before they do anything, but with a month to go, they only have 486 backers currently. If you do pre-order, your card won’t’ be charged until they begin production, so there’s no worry about buyer’s remorse.
