Star Trek fans have the chance to show off how much they know about the show thanks to MeTV.

While new episodes of Star Trek air on streaming services almost exclusively these days, to the extent that Prodigy, which was made for Nickelodeon, was moved to Paramount+, that doesn’t mean Star Trek isn’t still on television anymore. Two stations namely carry Trek content on a regular basis. First, there’s Heroes & Icons, which airs five episodes of Star Trek every night but on Saturday.

You can watch the Original Series, the Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and Enterprise, back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back every Sunday through Friday, starting at 8 PM local time. The other station that airs Trek is MeTV, though they mostly just air the original series.

This isn’t a shock, as Heroes & Icons is more of a broad action series channel, while MeTV is more about retro shows from a specific era. So while MeTV doesn’t have the entire lineup of premier Trek content, they do have enough to entice fans to check them out.

MeTV wants you to test your Star Trek knowledge

One of the best things that MeTV does is provide a bit of interactivity via its website. Recently, they posted a brand new quiz that challenges Trek fans to name the correct series. See, they give you an episode’s title and they ask you a simple question; is it from the original series, or another Trek series?

It may be a very easy quiz for some, but it may not be for others, and that’s ok. I got nine of the 12 questions right, so either that means it’s a bit tougher than expected, or I need to spend more time watching the original series.

The original series airs on MeTV every Saturday night at 10 PM.
