Five Spock actors in Star Trek ranked from worst to best
Star Trek Continues picked up in 2013 where Star Trek: The Original Series left off, often expanding on the oriiginal episodes. A popular fan-made web series, it wasn’t made for proit, and though the esthetics match those of the original Star Trek, the characters are played by different actors who, although try to embody the roles, also try a little too hard to emulate the actors who portrayed those characters.
Todd Haberkorn is one of those actors. He is most known for his extensive array of voice over work, including dubbing for anime, films, and video games. He doesn’t have a long list of acting credentials, appearing in just three live-action shows bfeore he took on the role of Spock in the eleven episodes of Star Trek Continues.
While he certainly can’t be faulted for giving his all to the character and for trying to become the Vulcan/human-hybrid, there’s is something missing about his characterization. Perhaps it is simply him trying too hard to play the part rather than to become the role of Spock. Either way, his portrayal comes across as stilted and unsure and comes in at the bottom of this list.
