Star Trek: Discovery will say its final goodbye in 2024, but when can fans expect it to finally return for its final sendoff?
Star Trek fans have been both looking for and dreading the final season of Star Trek: Discovery’s fifth and final season. The show, which hasn’t always been the most warmly received by Star Trek fans, was announced to be getting one last season next year. It’s fair to say that not all of the fandom is upset about the news, but for the fans who are, the fifth and final season will both be an exciting sendoff and a bittersweet goodbye.
The final season’s release date is still a bit up in the air, but we do know that the show will be back sooner rather than later, as recent reports have Discovery return in April of 2024, meaning fans just have to wait five more months for the final adventures of the USS Discovery.
The show will bid farewell after five up and down seasons, but for those still invested, the showrunners released a new video to get fans excited for the final season.
