The Live Long and Prosper Tribute Pendant that traveled to space aboard a Blue Origin rocket is officially up for auction at Propstore Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction. If you saw the recent news about the latest Star Trek collectibles' auction, you'll know that this is something fans will want to get their hands on. You can only bid on the pendant, which is being made available by Julie Nimoy and David Knight, today, November 14th.
The pendant is just one of the many items available from Leonard Nimoy's personal collection, and the proceeds are going toward financing, the LLAP Memorial sculpture which will honor Nimoy at the Museum of Science in Boston. Additionally, funds brought in from the auction will go towards supporting COPD research that is being conducted by Dr. John Belperio and his team at UCLA Medical Center.

So far, this pendant has been gifted to Mayim Bialik, Whoopi Goldberg, Billie Jean King, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, and LeVar Burton, and it's not available for the every day fan to purchase anywhere but online at this auction. The pendant is sterling silver pendant and features a hand in the Vulcan gesture that has "LLAP" engraved at the wrist. Per the PropStore, "it comes on a metal silver-coloured chain with a lobster clasp and a black velvet bag with a gold-coloured top. This lot exhibits some minor build-up of grime in the fine crevices of the pendant. Dimensions: 5 cm x 5 cm x 0.75 cm (2" x 2" x 0.25")." The pendant will come with a certificate of authenticity signed by Julie Nimoy.
