Andy Dick

A guest star on Star Trek: Voyager for the episode "Message in a Bottle". In the 14th episode of season four, The Doctor can ride a message wave of sorts to the Alpha Quadrant, where he finds a Federation ship being hijacked by Romulans. Andy Dick plays the Mark II EMH (emergency medical hologram), and with the help of The Doctor, the two holograms take back the ship.

Dick, however, is far from a heroic figure in real life. No, he's nothing like the life-saving figure he played on television. Dick has had issues with substance abuse for decades, resulting in numerous crimes being committed. He's committed acts that ranged from offensive and mild, indecient exposure, to truly horrific; sexual abuse.

Throw in some assault, battery, breaking burglary, and assault with a deadly weapon, and you have a man who has not known peace in some time. Officially a registered sex offender, Dick still finds himself in trouble even into 2023, when he was arrested for public intoxication and failure to register as a sex offender.
