7. TekWar (IMDB: 6.4/Rotten: 36%)

We're trying to balance two scores, often conflicting with a sense of cultural impact. TekWar may be the third or fourth most important franchise William Shatner has been in on this list. He was a major mover and shaker behind the scenes for it and he tried to launch it into a mult-media empire. That failed and all we have left of it is a poorly made show that looks dated even for the 1990s, when it came out.

6. $h*! My Dad Says (IMDB: 6.2/Rotten: 47%)

The show was based on a Twitter account. How could it go wrong? The Twitter account gained a lot of followers to the point it birthed a book and eventually a show. It starred Shatner and Jonathan Sadowski. It was admittedly fine but being on network television meant the show couldn't really go to the same extremes that the original account did.

5. Barbary Coast (IMDB: 6.8/Rotten: NA)

In the first outing for Shatner after Star Trek, the former James Kirk plays a lawman in a small section of San Francisco that is constantly on the verge of ripping itself a part. It seems to be a show that's lost to time, but thankfully, those who remember it remember it fondly enough to rank this high.
