6. Angelique Pettyjohn
Angelique Pettyjohn portrayed one of the alien women who fell head over heels for Captain Kirk (William Shatner). Pettyjohn starred as Shahna, who was the Thrall tasked with training Kirk in the ways of competition during the season 2 episode “The Gamesters of Triskelion.”
In an installment that is action packed, Pettyjohn steals the final scene, and honestly the whole episode, when Shahna tearfully looks toward the sky after Kirk as beamed aboard the USS Enterprise, and she says with a broken heart, “Goodbye, Jim Kirk. I will learn and watch the lights in the sky... and remember.”
Unfortunately, Pettyjohn’s role on Batman is much less memorable. She is credited as the “1st Model” in the season 2 episode “A Piece of the Action.” That title obviously means something to Trekkies, too.
In addition to Pettyjohn, Star Trek’s very own Harry Mudd (Roger C. Carmel) also appears, but he has a much larger role to play. Carmel is the infamous Colonel Gumm!
