Fans can now add Kirk’s ultimate TOS disguise to their collections.
Captain James T. Kirk (William Shatner) hurried to sickbay at the conclusion of Star Trek: The Original Series season 3’s episode “The Enterprise Incident,” so that Dr. McCoy (DeForest Kelley) could “bob” the Romulan ears off the USS Enterprise commander’s real appendages. The pointy organs were a part of Kirk’s disguise, which was employed so that he could steal the Starfleet enemy’s cloaking device. And now fans can preorder a cool Kirk collectible commemorating that incredible TOS installment.
EXO-6 is offering an 11.8 inch tall “museum-grade” collectible figure of Kirk draped in his unforgettable Romulan disguise. Those interested can preorder the TOS Captain Kirk (Romulan Disguise) by visiting the company’s official website. Hurry, though, because time is running out. One of my favorite moments from The Original Series was Kirk sneaking aboard the Romulan Commander’s (Joanne Linville) vessel surgically altered and dressed to look like the Vulcans’ distant cousins. The stunning figure includes several different “interchangeable hands,” so the Enterprise captain can easily grip the two accessories included with the figure: a Romulan disruptor and his communicator. A base also comes with the collectible, so that it can be proudly displayed.

The preorder end date for the EXO-6 Romulan Kirk figure is Monday, June 22, and it is expected to be shipped during this year’s fourth quarter. A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time your preorder is made. The final amount due for the 1:6 scale replica is $225, which doesn’t include the flat shipping rate of $25 outside of the United States per figure. U.S. shipping (Delivery Duty Paid) costs $39.50.
