3. Benjamin Sisko’s rebellion
Avery Brooks is Mirror Sisko, a swaggering pirate captain who has made a devil's bargain with the Intendant to survive by entertaining her and maintaining her favor. As he reacts to Kira and Bashir, Brooks' cynicism gradually gives way to the first glimmers of rebellion.
