1. Hoshi Sato

In the Mirror universe, Hoshi Sato is so much more than the captain's woman!

While Sato aligns herself with Forrest, then Archer, and finally Sergeant Travis Mayweather once she declares herself as Empress after assassinating Archer, she's extremely wily in the ways of men and their ambitions. She uses each man as a step on a ladder, both seducing and destroying them.

I have to wonder if Sato was successful in taking over the Empire and what strategies she used to stay in power. It's doubtful that Mayweather alone would keep her in power, and she might have used him to continue her bid for her intelligence and cunning are what put her at the top of this list, and it's a shame we never got to return to this world to see what she accomplished!
