Boldly celebrate Enterprise's Silver Anniversary!

Star Trek fans have even more reason than usual to watch this year’s Trek Talks because the streaming telethon is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Scott Bakula-led Star Trek: Enterprise series (2001-2005).

Co-creator Brannon Braga is among those from the show scheduled to appear during Trek Talks 5, along with Mike Sussman, Phyllis Strong, and the writing/producing team of Judith & Garfield Reeves-Stevens. The official Instagram post (below) reads as follows:

“It’s been a long road… but the journey was always worth it. 25 years later, we revisit Star Trek: Enterprise with the writers who helped imagine Starfleet’s earliest days. Trek Talks 5 • March 28.”

For those not familiar with Trek Talks, the streaming telethon raises money and awareness for the Hollywood Food Coalition. The must-see event, which will be hosted by Enterprise’s Dr. Phlox himself, John Billingsley, and Prodigy’s Bonnie Gordon, has raised $350,000 to date for the HFC.

Numerous Star Trek icons are scheduled to appear during Trek Talks 5, including recent additions Wil Wheaton, Kerrice Brooks, and Melissa Navia. Personally, I’m most excited that Golden Globe winner Paul Giamatti will be joining the event this year. For a full list of guests scheduled for 2026, be sure to visit the Trek Talks website.

Also, as much as I love Enterprise, I’m most fascinated — pun most definitely intended — to see the “Being Vulcan” panel, which includes Tim Russ (Tuvok), Gabrielle Ruiz (T’Lyn), and Robin Curtis (Saavik). For a full list of this year's Trek Talks panels, click here.

The eight-hour Trek Talks 5 is scheduled to begin Saturday, March 28, at 12:45 p.m. ET on the streaming telethon’s YouTube channel. And for more Star Trek content, visit the Redshirts Always Die Facebook and X pages.

Live long and prosper, Trekkies!
