2. Space Serpent Attack!
Hallmark's Space Serpent Attack plastic ornament, with hanging attachment included, depicts Mr. Spock battling a three-headed serpent on some distant planet. The design was inspired by a fan-made sculpture all the way back in 1972!
The colors are bright, and the small details, such as Spock holding a phaser and an open communicator, bring a sense of cartoonish whimsy to the piece. You can almost imagine the Vulcan ordering Scotty to beam him up!
This Hallmark Star Trek ornament drops on Oct. 10, for $36.99, with the gift box included. If you ask me, this ornament could have been No. 1 if the snake's eyes lit up and the press of a button created phaser noises!
