2. Mirror Sulu

Mirror Sulu takes the normally steady helmsman and turns him into a leering, power-hungry security chief who treats the ISS Enterprise like his personal hunting ground. His scarred face, swagger, and outright harassment of Lt. Uhura underline how the Terran Empire turns rank into a license for violence and intimidation.

What really makes Mirror Sulu memorable is his ambition; he’s openly plotting to assassinate Kirk and Mirror Spock, and even calls it “regrettable” only because he can’t seize command without some bloodshed.

When Marlena uses the Tantalus field to wipe out Sulu's henchmen mid-ambush, his sudden loss of control shows how fragile power is in this universe: one unseen weapon and the swaggering tyrant hits the deck.
