There are no gaps on this float!

Karim Diane's BTS video makes it clear that there were no generational gaps on the "Space for Everybody" float. It was all youthful exuberance, especially Rebecca Romijn, who playfully showed off a houndstooth-inspired suit in black and gold.
Everyone involved seemed in on the shenanigans, which gives me hope for Starfleet Academy. If the writers can find that franchise's sweet spot like the one they found with Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, they'll have a hit on their hands!
I loved seeing George Takei, a true Star Trek legend, even though it made me more than a little emotional! As a fan of The Original Series, the actors and characters are like a balm in a maelstrom of a world that many of us struggle to navigate. They make us feel safe, they make us laugh, and they remind us that when it comes to Star Trek, there truly is space for everybody!
