Welcome back, fellow space adventurers! It's time for another thrilling episode of Star Trek: Scouts. In this "Holodeck Rescues" outing, JR, Roo, and Sprocket visit the moon, where a pair of rowdy robots threaten to cave in a moonchuck's home as they tussle over a toy.
The Scouts don't waste any time suiting up for this adventure, as the moonchuck's home shakes with the robots' fighting. Each of them wants to use a pogo stick, and it seems that the word "share" wasn't programmed into either of them. The Scouts call to the little animal, who runs into Roo's arms. He's safe, but what about his home?
JR decides to try to talk to the robots, so they can work out the problem without fighting, but they continue to toss each other around and don't seem to hear a word JR says. Roo suggests that taking away the pogo stick will stop the fighting, and Sprocket uses his transporter watch to beam it away from the robots! The Scouts think the problem is solved until the rankled robots turn on them!
The Scouts run and find a place to hide, hoping to wait them out, but the moonchuck gives them away by sipping loudly at a moon matcha and then giving a tremendous burp! The robots give chase, and the Scouts discover that running on the moon is no easy feat because of the gravity. JR engages their moon rover and they escape, only to have the robots deploy built-in roller blades to catch up.
As the Scouts and the moonchuck try to escape, Roo realizes the only way to solve this issue is to give each robot their own pogo stick. Sprocket uses the replicator to make a second stick and they offer both to the robots, who promise to play far away from the moonchuck's home and happily bounce off together. Wow, what a wild adventure!
