2. Artwork highlights intense emotions

One of the aspects I enjoy about this comic book series is how Kisai Entertainment's team of artists uses different styles and detailed body language to express character emotion. When Syrrik first turns up at Kenga's door in Stargazers episode No. 20, there's a visible distance at first, as Kenga is unsure about the young man's motives.

However, as Kenga learns that Syrrik wants to discuss his father, she closes the distance and expresses her understanding by first taking Syrrik's arm. Later, after he opens up to her, Kenga holds Syrrik's hand and says, "He let you down as a parent, and that's not on you."

It's a hard read, particularly when you realize that Syrrik has been blaming himself for his supposed shortcomings for a long time. I hope this is a continued character arc for Syrrik, and that he, Leon, Kenga, and Churi can become as close as they once were as kids.
