Jess Bush is hinting that the last two seasons of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will give us some of the best Christine Chapel moments yet. SNW has always been a fun series, acting as a prequel to The Original Series, and Bush is a standout as Christine Chapel.

Recently, Bush was asked about her favorite Chapel episodes, and she explained that they’re ones fans haven’t seen yet. The actress said via TrekMovie.com: “In terms of Nurse Chapel’s personal experience and story, there’s two episodes coming up that you haven’t seen yet — one in season 4 and one in season 5 — that were so moving and so deep for her, and challenging for me in a really great way.”

As for episodes already released, Bush cited season 2’s musical episode “Subspace Rhapsody" by saying, “Oh, my goodness. God, the musical was amazing to shoot… It was so fun.” Surprisingly, she also chose the often derided season 3 installment "Four-and-a-Half Vulcans." “It was the funnest two weeks," Bush said. "The most difficult part was not breaking every single take.”

The latter episode is interesting as many fans cite it as arguably the worst episode of the entire series, despite how seeing Chapel as a Vulcan was a highlight. This could simply be Bush promoting the series as better than ever in its last two years. Yet it can also be a sign to fans that Strange New Worlds is going out on a huge high, which is great news.
