'Mr. Rodriguez is looking forward to his day in court'

Attorney Jonathan Delshad said in a statement (per Variety): “Mr. Rodriguez is looking forward to his day in court and holding Mr. Perry accountable for his actions. We do hope a jury awards enough money to make Perry regret his actions. Unfortunately, statements like those made by Perry’s attorneys do nothing but enable Mr. Perry to continue to victimize people like Mr. Rodriguez. My client looks forward to a jury’s determination of what happened.”
Mario Rodriguez is also a model, but other than his minor part in Boo! A Madea Halloween, his only other acting credit came in the television crime drama, The Family Business. Earlier this month (Dec. 13), Rodriguez took to social media to address his issues with Tyler Perry for the whole world to see in a public forum. In the video reel (via Instagram), Rodriguez describes feeling “scared” and “ashamed” after allegedly being sexually harassed — although, he does not call Perry by name in the Insta reel.
