These clips from the season finale of Blunt Talk show Walter Blunt and his crew fighting the man as best they can.
Walter Blunt has had an intense year, a year that has pulled on the very fabric of who he is. As a viewer this season of Blunt Talk has been really special. It’s a rare treat to see a comedic character grow as a person, and yet still manage to hold on to what makes that character so funny. That’s what Patrick Stewart has done this season as Walter Blunt, and it’s been a delight to watch.
These clips from the final episode of this season of Blunt Talk show a crew revolting against the man as best they can, and it’s obvious that this is a transformative moment for Walter Blunt. Blunt as always been a hypocrite, never really giving his all for the environmental causes he champions. This time however he’s really put the thing that matters most to him on the line, his show.
In this first clip titled “This is About Water” you see the gang preparing for their rebellion.

And in the second clip, titled “Get Her Off the Air” we see that the rebellion against the Rudolphs will have consequences.
This season of Blunt Talk took what was a funny show with an interesting premise and took it to new heights. I’m really looking forward to seeing where the show goes from here. Will Walter Blunt keep his job? Perhaps Blunt will have to move on to talk radio, something you know he would see as demeaning. Or Perhaps Blunt will need to switch networks and go even more political? There’s a lot of really fun possibilities out there.
Be sure to check out the season finale of Blunt Talk tonight December 11th on Starz at 8:30pm ET/PT.
