Okay look a good meme could make or break a franchise. For Star Trek, there are plenty of memes to go around. The show is filled with moments that the internet can use for their jokes and their feelings on every platform.

But there are two that stick out and each has its strong points. With KHHHAAAAANNNNNN, you have everyone who is every angry using that vein popping picture of William Shatner. And it really came in handy when Donald Trump was complaining about the Khan family and we all wanted to be funny about it.

But the face palm meme from Captain Picard is just more universal. You can use it daily and it can give us a range of reactions. So, it is just generally a better meme. That doesn’t really have much to do with either as a captain but more of their abilities to be memable but that is neither here nor there.
