30 Reasons Why Captain Picard is Better than Captain Kirk

Picard basically resurrected Kirk in Star Trek Generations

Star Trek Generations happened because Picard basically resurrected Kirk in order for him to help stop a madman trying to murder a planet. While it sounds insane (and it is) it is amazing and only happened because Picard brought Kirk back to help him.

Without Picard, this movie literally would not have happened. So Picard is better in this regard because he brought back Kirk. Get it? Without Picard, Kirk literally would not have been in this movie. (I’m sure that someone else would have brought him back but for the purpose of this slider, it was Picard and it makes Picard cooler.)

So the madman probably would have killed an entire planet and it would have been a whole mess if it wasn’t for Picard recruiting Kirk to help him. Captain James Tiberius Kirk and Captain Jean-Luc Picard worked together only because of Picard.

Honestly, this one isn’t that hard to see why Picard is better. It literally would not have happened if it wasn’t for Picard. Every other slide and every other point can be debated except for this one. Because a planet would be gone had Picard not gotten Kirk to help stop this madman and we owe it all to Picard.
