McFarlane Toys to make Star Trek: Discovery merchandise

Star Trek: Discovery toys won’t be available when the show premieres. It would be hard for merchandise to be ready for the launch of Discovery because the show’s launch date has been changed so many times already. Also since they are still filming the series, and just extended the run of the first season another few episodes, they probably haven’t finalized what will be in the toy line exactly.
When the Star Trek: Discovery toys do come out you’ll be able to get them from McFarlane Toys. McFarlane Toys is known for their Game of Thrones and Walking Dead figures, so this is exciting news for Trekkies.
This will of course be Sonequa Martin-Green’s second McFarlane toy figure. Besides Star Trek: Disocvery’s First Officer Michael Burnham she also played The Walking Dead’s Sasha Williams. Martin-Green’s The Walking Dead figure looks great and we hope that her Discovery figure looks as good.

The toy line is also supposed to include a Picard and Kirk figure. The only question we have about that is of course where’s the Sisko? Come on McFarlane, we know you can give us an emissary toy!
