Originally played by Phillip Pine as a recreation in the Star Trek episode The Savage Curtain, Colonel Phillip Green was a despot from Earth at the centre of World War III who was responsible for the deaths of over thirty-seven million people.

In the Enterprise episode Demons, the character was played by Steve Rankin, where he appears as a recording of the original who served as the inspiration for a group of eco-terrorists.

Star Trek The Trouble with Tribbles Cyrano Jones

Played by Stanley Adams, Cyrano Jones was the slimy salesman who brought the beloved Tribbles to space station K-7, where they multiplied and soon overran the station.

Cyrano returned in the Animated Series episode More Tribbles, More Troubles and again through archive footage in the Deep Space Nine episode Trials and Tribble-ations.
