Star Trek Online fans, you’re going to be in for a treat with a brand new Klingon-based story arc with the return of Mary Chieffo and J.G. Hertzler.

Star Trek has created many great aliens and even more great characters. Some of those great characters just so happen to be among those aliens. Great aliens Vulcans, Romulans, Remans, Breen, and yes, even Klingons. The once-great villains of the Alpha Quadrant have morphed from an allegory to the Soviet Union to a Star Trek-themed Viking race. The Klingons have seen many great characters like Gowran (Robert O’Reilly), Worf (Michael Dorn), Martok (J.G. Hertzler), and newcomer L’Rell (Mary Chieffo) come to our screens. Now you can take them with you into video game form for Star Trek Online.

Announced recently by Perfect World and Cryptic Studios come House Reborn for Star Trek Online.

In the new story arc for the game, you’re tasked with trying to reunite the Klingon race after a civil war had torn them apart. Making this storyline even more interesting isn’t exactly what the will has to offer but who the story has to offer.

Returning to his role as Martok will be J.G. Hertzler, who will provide voice work for his iconic character. Martok was a huge part of the later seasons of Deep Space Nine and became one of the core leaders of the Klingon Empire when the show finished.

Also joining the cast will be Mary Chieffo, returning as L’Rell. L’Rell was made famous of course on Discovery and it’ll be interesting to see how her character and Martok’s are handled, considering they are from vastly different time frames.

Also joining these two prominent Klingons is another iconic Star Trek actor, Robert O’Reilly who played Gowran during his time on The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine. The character O’Reilly portrayed was killed during DS9, so O’Reilly will be portraying a new character.

Star trek Online is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox 1, and PC.
