Leonard Nimoy’s camera is up for auction too

Most of the items up for auction will likely be to help recoup some losses by the producers, but one item is up strictly for charitable reasons. If you want maybe the rarest item on the list, you’ll want to hop on over to the site because Leonard Nimoy’s iconic camera is up for auction.

From the official website;

"Leonard Nimoy’s family has donated an item from his personal collection that will be sold as part of this Star Trek auction for charity. 100% of the Hammer Price proceeds from the sale of Leonard Nimoy’s Personal Camera Equipment with Photos will be donated in memory of Leonard Nimoy to support the UCLA Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD) Research Program under Dr. John Belperio. COPD is a chronic inflammatory lung disease that causes obstructed airflow from the lungs. Dr Belperio’s research focuses on early COPD diagnosis and the preservation of lung function of COPD patients. The Nimoy family has been funding Dr. Belperio’s COPD research since Leonard Nimoy’s death in 2015."
