Quinto's Spock focuses on his relationship with Kirk and Uhura

As a younger version of TOS Spock, Quinto’s portrayal is the character’s emotional turmoil is skillfully subtle while congruently showing he's also a formidable Starfleet officer. In “Into Darkness” within a backdrop of a genetic superhuman’s (Khan) vendetta to destroy Starfleet, or in “Star Trek Beyond” another madman “with a cause” and former captain of U.S.S. Franklin (Krall), unleashes his vendetta to destroy the Federation with a bioweapon – Quinto is stoic and resolute. In both, Quinto is convincing as a fierce and determined first officer with the tactical training and prowess to handle any Starfleet enemy.
I’m impressed with Quinto’s acting chops to skillfully accomplish a duality of emotion, vulnerability, and strength in his portrayal of Spock. Quinto's Spock mainly focuses on his relationship with Kirk and Uhura, their team dynamics, and how he struggles with Vulcan logic while trying to have human connections with a friend and an on-again, off-again romance with Uhura. When considering the differences in Spock's portrayals by Quinto versus Beck, it's likely Beck may have mastered depicting Vulcan logic and reason over emotion.
Peck's Spock delivers a masterclass in Vulcan tradition

In Star Trek’s prime timeline, Ethan Peck first played Spock in the Paramount+ TV series "Star Trek: Discovery" - with his adoptive human sister (Michael Burnham) who was raised by their Vulcan parents. Additionally, Peck (also in the prime timeline) continued his Spock role in the Paramount+ spin-off series “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” - with Captain Pike of the U.S.S. Enterprise.
In both series, Peck showed his acting pedigree as he is the grandson of Best Actor Oscar winner Gregory Peck for his role in "To Kill A Mockingbird" (1963). In “Discovery”, Peck was charting a new Star Trek canon in storylines based on his human adoptive sister (Burnham). The dynamic of these adoptive siblings was often strained and competitive, as well as interesting and compelling. As a human child raised by Vulcans, Burnham just wanted the love of her Vulcan adoptive brother Spock. Their sibling rivalry often manifesting in dysfunction, was finally understood and put in check as adult siblings while warping through the Beta Quadrant on the U.S.S. Discovery.
