Watching 120 Hours Of Star Trek For Charity

One man is watching around 120 hours Star Trek straight to help charity.

ICYMI: Jerri Ryan says she’d be open to returning to Star Trek.

One man named Pete may have come up with the best way ever to raise money for charity. Pete has embarked on a great crusade to watch 120 hours, or five days, of Star Trek, all for charity. Now we’ve watched days of Star Trek before, but we were never smart enough to realize we could be doing it for a good cause! Pete obviously believes that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

This isn’t the first time Pete has marathoned a show for charity, no sir. Pete previously watched marathons of Dawson’s Creek and Gossip Girl. Hopefully Pete enjoys Star Trek: The Next Generation more than Gossip Girl.

Pete isn’t doing this for any specific charity, he’s letting you pick who you’d like to donate to and then just send him the receipt so he can keep track of the total. So put any worries about Pete being a Ferengi and this all being a scheme out of your mind.

You can also follow Pete’s adventure on Twitter as he live tweets his Star Trek marathon with hilarious results.

Pete has not enjoyed Wesley.

So why not help Pete out? It’s what Jean-Luc Picard would do.
